The Deep Dive is a one-off, in-depth 1:1 session to work through a specific issue, question, or problem in your massage business – whatever’s on your mind right now.
Here’s how it works:
- You drop me a quick email before we talk I’ll ask you some questions via email and you answer with a few lines on what’s going on, a bit about your business, and what you’d love to walk away from the call knowing – so I can hit the ground running when we get on the call.
. - We spend 60 minutes together on a video call. We go deep into wherever you’re stuck. Together, we get clear on what you actually want your business to look like, and we agree on up to 3 specific action steps you can take straight away.
. - You walk away with a plan, not just a chat. A Deep Dive isn’t a general catch-up – it’s focused problem-solving. You’ll leave the call with real clarity and knowing exactly what you need to do next.

We’ll spend 60 minutes together on Zoom.
We’ll explore what’s really going on in your business, what’s getting in the way, and what opportunities you’re perhaps not seeing.
We’ll dig into your questions.
Challenge your thinking where needed.
We’ll brainstorm ideas and solve your most annoying problems.
And by the end of the session, we’ll agree on up to three clear action steps that will have the biggest impact on your business.

I’ve been where you are! I’ve built my own massage business from scratch – AND rebuilt it several times after moving to completely new areas.
I’ve been a massage therapist since 1999, I managed a spa and I owned a massage school.
Over the last 17 years I’ve taught and mentored hundreds of massage therapists to help them become the go-to therapist in their area, attract better clients and earn more without burning themselves out.
(Oh! And I have a degree in marketing, a teaching qualification and a LOT of massage and holistic therapy certificates 😊)
All this to say… I kind of know what I’m talking about.

Is this right for me?
If you’re a massage therapist who’s feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply wants expert guidance on a specific challenge in your business, then yes!
Whether you’ve been qualified for six months or twenty years, we’ll tailor the session to where you are now and what you want to achieve.

What happens before the session?
You’ll complete a short questionnaire before we meet.
This gives me a good understanding of your business and means we can spend the full 60 minutes working on solutions rather than gathering information.
Will I get a recording?
Yes. If you’d like one, I’ll record our video session so you can revisit the advice and action points whenever you need to.
What if I have lots of questions?
Perfect!
Bring them with you.
The session is completely tailored to you, so we’ll focus on whatever will make the biggest difference to your business.
What if I decide I need more support afterwards?
There’s absolutely no obligation.
Many therapists leave with everything they need after one session.
If you decide you’d like ongoing mentoring afterwards, I’ll happily explain the options, but there’ll never be any pressure.
What if I need to cancel or rearrange?
Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to rearrange your session.
That way I can offer the appointment to someone else.
I don’t know exactly what I need help with. Does that matter?
Not at all.
In fact, that’s one of the most common reasons people book.
You don’t need to arrive with all the answers.
Together we’ll work out what’s really holding your business back and decide on the best next steps.
